Hard to keep clean
The 9 cm casing is well made with firm bristles for applying a crisp line of lip color. When the brush is retracted, there remains a hole where the brush hairs are stored making it near impossible to keep it clean. So tossing it in a handbag or drawer isn’t the best idea. For the price of $22.50, I was hoping for a shutter to close the end.
It’s a pity because I do adore MAC brushes. If you have to have a MAC lip brush, I would suggest the 316. Better yet, consider a different brand entirely when choosing a lip brush.
