I have been using my HIP for five years now, love this stuff, super bright, stays on great, don't have to many problems with creasing or smudging, I have most of the duo collection, and really miss the cream eyeshadow. If you ever got the chance to use this stuff, it came in a plastic tray with a brush and what looked like a paint tube you would get for oil paints, great for base or primer! Love my Loreal!
Alright
I had so much hope for a cheap option for a bright shadow but I've swatched many of them in stores and they look nothing like what they do in the pan. I've also found some of them very chalky and I would rather spend more money on a single eyeshadow from another brand and have them look like they do in the pan.
GREAT!!
THESE EYE SHADOWS ARE SUPER PIGMENTED WITCH IS VERY HARD TO FIND IN THE MORE CHEAPER SELECTION OF PRODUCTS. I BOUGHT THE WHOLE MATTE DUO COLLECTION WITH WAS A BIT PRICEY BUT WAS DIFFIDENTLY WORTH IT. IVE BEEN ABLE TO DO LOOKS THAT I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE USE MAC FOR AND I COULD BARLEY SEE THE DIFFERENCE. DEFINITELY A WINNER IN MY BOOK.
Black Shadow is to Die For
The pink is not that pigmented, imo. Which doesn't make a difference to me because I basically bought it for the black. The black is amazing. I wanted a matte black with no shimmer or glitter and that's what I got. I was excited to get this and I am very happy with results with the black shadow!
What you see is what you get
When they say high intensity, they mean it. Sometimes in the past it's bugged me when i see a deep purple colored eyeshadow, i buy it, take it home, and it's barely lavender. I wanted purple. That's why I paid for purple. With these that is completely different. You get very vibrant colors, an a nice variety. The only downside is that you get 2 colors. I'm not saying that's terrible. If you like the combination, go for it. But when I bought the pink/brown duo I really only wanted the pink. Oh well
