Cheap Materials
I bought this because I was letting my hair grow out & wanted some blonde in it, but not to much to hurt my hair, seeing how I was trying to mend my hair. The pull through cap was deffinetly cheap & absolutely sucked & it made the highlights start about 2 1/2 inches from my roots.
