too greasy!
I tried the original youth code serum, which was light and absorbed easily into my skin. I got very excited when they came out with a dark spot correcting/illuminating version, since I have a problem with dullness + dark spots, so I thought this would be perfect. Wrong!
When I first used it I immediately noticed how it felt thicker than the original serum, almost like a cream. After applying it on my face, it just kind of sat on top of my skin, not really being absorbed. Needless to say, it made by face just a greasy oily mess. My face looks shiny alright, but not the in way I was hoping :(
Works For My Skin
I have used the L'Oreal Youth Code serum, along with the Youth Code Moisturizer for less than a week, and I am enjoying the way my skin looks so far. With the help of the serum, my skin looks healthy and even. My skin also feels firm, and looks brighter. I am satisfied with the results, and I would re-purchase the Youth Code serum again. I am happy that I finally found a serum that works well with my skin.
