In a study done in 1998 by Cynthia Dorsey, PhD, Director of the Sleep Health Center in Bedford, MA, a hot bath before bed helped people fall asleep faster and enjoy a deeper sleep than when taking a leading prescription sleeping pill. We developed our Chamomile Foaming Bath Treatment especially for this purpose. Together with the warm water of an end-of-the-day bath, the German chamomile aroma will comfort any troubled sleeper. Sulfate- and paraben-free.
