BP Series BP013 Foundation Brush

This is the perfect bronzer brush! I rotate between this and the Niji Pro and love them both equally.

The best foundation brush I have ever used. Applies light, even layers but keeps good coverage.

This brush is so soft and pretty but unfortunately it sheds so much that it is unusable! Do not purchase. Waste of money.

It’s just so good. At first I was a little Hesitant because the brush seemed too big For my face for it to be used for foundation. BUT! Little did I know that the exact reason why it’s a bigger foundation brush and it having such soft and fluffy hairs made any foundation buff to a perfect skin like finish, just seem less . I’m in love , definitely a brush I will reach out for the most . Specially when I need to lay my base QUICK. ❤️

I’m quite new in using natural bristle makeup brushes. I’m still learning, but I find this foundation brunch to be super easy to use. I use this on applying my mineral powder foundation, it picks up product easily and distributes it quite nicely on my skin. I also find that I am not using as much powder as I use to because this brush does not retain much product and it easily releases it.

As others have said, this is a great dupe for the discontinued natural hair Tom Ford bronzer brush. For the purposes of bronzing, it’s a fabulous brush. It’s not the softest natural hair brush I have but I actually really love that about it as it’s brilliant at picking up products that other brushes might struggle with (such as stiffer formulas, more tightly pressed formulas and baked gelee formulas). For its intended purpose of foundation, I’m not a fan. Personally I find it leaves streaks and is a bit too rough on my highly sensitive skin. This doesn’t really bother me though as I always intended to use it for bronzer. What DOES bother me is the material the handle is made from. I have quite a few brushes from various Japanese makers, including others from Koyudo, and this has been a problem unique to this brush. The material the handle is made from is evidently too soft. Throughout use, regardless of how careful I try to be with using and storing it, this brush handle ends up looking pretty unfortunate as it dents whenever it knocks against a harder brush. When I’m investing in high quality Japanese brushes, part of the joy is the elegance. This one definitely doesn’t look as elegant these days. It’s made me reconsider buying others within the same line as I’m assuming they’re all from the same material. Ultimately though, it’s definitely only a cosmetic issue and it’s a brilliant brush in terms of its function. Buuuut if, like me, you take a lot of enjoyment out of the appearance of some of your more luxurious purchases, maybe look elsewhere.

I bought this based on all of the great reviews. However I did not like it at all! It's huge. It's not a good brush for bronzing in my opinion. Your whole face will end up bronzed, which is not the look I am going for. I want to look sun kisses in areas. Just wasn't impressed with this at all. It also shed.

I’ve always wanted to get the Tom Ford bronzer in natural bristles but since they don’t make it anymore I had to look for an alternative and glad I did because this brush looks very similar to it and applies bronzer like a dream and it’s half the price of the TF! Looking forward to buy more koyudo brushes in the future

This brush is cute but is more for podwer than liquid foundation. I was a little disappointed because the hair fall a little bit, for the price of it I was expecting a better quality it is very similar to Tom Ford one but the quality is not. I keep it anyways!

This is a great Bronzer brush! Blends powders like a dream. I can't wait to try this brush for foundations!
