Akabeko Powder Brush

I really recommend this brush if you are looking for a very soft Brush for finishing, diffusing, Blending or bronzer. I love the feel of this brush so need to make sure that i don t keep diffusing. It s very quick and effective.

Make sure to check the measurements, because the handle is short. Very happy with my purchase!

I missed out on this brush when it launched in January and I snagged it as soon as I saw it restock. It’s super soft and the perfect shape for a multi tasking brush - bronzer, blush, or powder. The brush is short handled with a beautiful detail of an ox and it came in a matching box.

I'm so glad I was able to pick this up in July, 2021, and that it was restocked. It comes in a lovely box, and the Raden design is lovely. Yes, this brush is short but mighty in brush length. I love the short handles, as I'm a "short handle" type of person anyway.

I've washed and used this brush daily since it arrived. It washes well, and has a lovely bloom after it dries (I don't use brush guards when washing). You can easily use this brush for setting powder, blush, bronzer, and a lovely sweep of highlighter. You can use it for finishing powder as well. The brush has a lovely angle, and this allows for so many uses. I store it in the cute box. For $135, this lovely long brush with cute storage box is a steal.

Let's start with the size of the brush. Pictures can be larger than the actual item. Not mad at it but, thought it was a bit larger than it is. Completely over the moon about this brush. it's my first Grey Squirrel item and I love it. The hair on the brush or shall I say FUDA, are impeccable! super soft, glides across the face with little effort! it feels very light in the hand, yet very sturdy. The lacquer is high shine and so far doesn't hold fingerprints. I'm using it for my loose powders and my Gucci Bronzer.. I still need to learn the best way to clean it after a month or two of using it. I'm so happy that I brought it when it did. Now I think that I'm addicted to all FUDA! Last but not least. The Limited Edition box is super cute, easy to store away and matches the brush also. My recommendation is to get it when you can perfect size for traveling when we are able to do so.

This brush is beautiful, the hair is soft & it is perfect for finishing powders. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another BUT read the length carefully, I didn’t and I was quite surprised at how short the handle is. The hair is full length and again AMAZINGLY SOFT, this isn’t a workhorse brush it is an elegant finishing /light application brush.
