Too gentle?

I'm a fan of the brand Kinerase but this product was bit of disappointment. It didn't effectively clean my skin. It doesn't remove makeup so not a good face cleanser for someone that's been wearing makeup all day long. It almost felt too gentle to be a cleanser. I had to use a makeup remover first and then use this as a follow up cleanser but even then my skin just didn't feel completely clean unless I used it twice. It's an alright cleaner for morning when there's no makeup to clean off...
