TRICKY TO WORK WITH

I really wanted to like this powder foundation since I had high hopes about this product. Compare to their Contour powder formula I would say this one is quite chalky and clings to dry patches. I'm a fan of powder foundation in general since it's barely undetectable but with the other formulas in the market this one is a no go.

Least favorite Kevyn Aucoin product

My least favorite KAB product, only because I find that the formula varies so much color to color. For me, I just cant make this one work. It is so powdery and clings. It does not blend well with other products either.

The fair shades, are too fair to be worn as stand alone products, you gotta put some bronzer or blush with it, and this product does not play well with others in the fair shades. The medium shades will work well for some AA mixes & some Hispanic girls. I think the darker tones of this product, are very off base and read very orange.

Just OK.

I was so excited to try this powder foundation as I love the Sensual Skin Enhancer. I am really picky when it comes to powder foundation. It needs to do the job of a liquid or cream foundation without looking cakey, splotchy or like I have a film over my face. This powder is very very dry, difficult to blend and just sits on the skin. My skin is combination-dry and it clung to my dry patches in a weird way making my skin look flaky.

Even with trying multiple ways to apply the foundation it still looked patchy and uneven. I sadly returned it. If you have oily skin, this might be better for you--not for dry skin girls.
