N° 28 Primer Serum

I have a LOT of primers. I've tried A LOT of primers. 95% of those available I'd estimate, truly** this is THE BEST primer/face base I've ever tried or had. I used to mix primers for dif reasons, for ex I'd use a pump of milk hydrogrip, a pump of a moisturizing primer and a pump of a smoothing primer. this does ALL of everything. my face doesn't get dry patches anymore after hrs of foundation and heavy makeup. makeup grips to this oil and lasts forever. it fills in my awful giant pores and smooths my whole face like a filter!!! you only need apply a small amt altho I tend to over do it because I love the texture so much. it melts right into skin, your skin won't stay oily or slippery. just make sure you let it absorb /set into skim before applying foundation.

This is a primer / serum hybrid. I have been using this product for years. It is well worth the price. I have dry, dehydrated skin, and this really helps my makeup glide on beautifully. One pump covers my full face, and it feels luxurious. Hourglass is a brand that I have always loved, and this is one of the standouts from the brand.

Recommended by a Beautylish rep to wear under my Kosas Tinted Oil. Since it's not water based it works great under oil and wax based (RCMA) foundations. Haven't tried it under my water based foundations yet but it works great for the reason I purchased it . Goes on super smooth and prevents pilling. Happy with purchase.

I can't go back to any other primer!!! It preps my skin so well and makes all the foundations last longer!

I have tried soooo many primers and this is the first that actually blues my large dry skin pores. Am loving it.

Seriously, so OBSESSED. I have normal to dry skin, but end up with a lot more texture in my t-zone, especially around my nose. I've tried a ton of different primers and this one is just perfect. The product itself is a super smooth, almost gel like texture, but once applied sinks in like a serum. It gives me a super hydrated and dewy appearance, but also helps keep my makeup from moving around or settling into my dry patches.

I’ve only used it for a few days now, but I like it. It’s very different from all day f the others that I have used in the past. It has a gel consistency at first, but is then quickly absorbed. My make up glides on easily and my skin feels soft through out the day. So far so good!

My favourite thing to do with this primer is mix it in with Matte foundations which my skin has recently become too dry to wear....this mixes in so beautifully and really gives a youthful skin glow to my not-so-youthful skin like no other foundation combo ever has before. A teensy tiny bit of translucent powder to blur the pores and I've got a new spring in my step.

The best primer for dry skin , I've tried many primers but nothing really works , my skin simply drinks up all the primes and my foundation still goes bad on my skin , but this one is a winner , my makeup never looked sooooo good and natural , and a drop of it goes almost on you entire face , which makes the primer really worth the money
