I followed all of the instructions and left it on longer than 25 minutes. I was going from brown to dark red. When I got out of the shower, i got half of my head in red and the other half was washed off. I soaked my hair in this product basically and it all got washed away. Very disappointed.

I give this product a 4 because I dyed half of my hair hair blonde and it didn't really turn into the blonde i wanted, left it on more than it should be, but it's still good , and I love dying my hair black with this product .

i made the mistake and bought this because i was on sale! It left my hair feeling dry and rough never again will i purchase this for myself. Strange thing is it left my sisters hair looking awesome!

I used this brand today for the first time and I'm very satisfied with it! I believe the color was Medium Ash Brown. My hair was already a shade of brown, but I wanted something a little deeper with more dimension. This was the perfect shade! The conditioner left my hair feeling very soft and moisturized. I only have a few complaints. One, the smell was much more overpowering than most dyes I've used. And two, the color didn't stick to my roots as much as the rest of my hair, which makes no sense because the color of my roots was lighter than the rest of my hair, haha, I have no idea...that was probably my fault. But all in all, I would definitely repurchase this!

Dyed my hair a soft black color and I love this hair dye.. it didn't burn my scalp or have a gnarly smell to it.. it left my hair looking and feeling smooth soft and amazing! I love the way my hair smells so much! It's only been dyed for 4 days so hopefully the hair won't fade majorly like feria does!

Garnier's hair coloring line is the best I've ever tried and I've tried A LOT. I always find myself going back to Garnier. I've switched the Garnier products around, but all of them are pretty great. I've tried the Herbashine, nutrisse ultra-color, and the nutrisse line. I love them all and I would recommend it to anyone who ask for my opinion. :) I absolutely love Garnier and the hair dyes.

so this is definatly one of my favorite dyes. for the most part this is the only color i use as a matter a fact i dyed my sister's hair with it this afternoon. the only downside is the amount of dye, my sister has long thick hair so it didnt completly color all of it luckily the color was close enough to her natural color that its not that noticable. i like this product because it is fast, affordable, and very easy to use

My hair color is a naturally dark and dull brown so I go back and forth between 565 (Medium Auburn Brown) and 426 (Dark Burgundy) Right now, I have 426 and I love it. I get so many compliments about my hair color. When I'm out in the sun, the intensity of the red definitely comes out and it looks beautiful!

It leaves my hair feeling soft and doesn't damage it at all. I've tried other hair dyes and I've been left disappointed by them.

I used Garnier Herbashine in Dark Natural Brown and it came out gorgeous...super shiny and nice and dark-without the red, which is exactly what I wanted. I have very thick hair and I was worried while I was dying it, that I wouldn't have enough...but I did. This color actually stayed longer than most that I've tried. I will buy this again, for sure. I've used L'Oreal Healthy Look and Natural Instincts and Garnier blows them both out of the water!

I was able to use it twice because my hair is short.

What are some stand out qualities you dislike about this product? Even though my hair is short, its very thick. It felt like I maybe didn't have enough product to color my hair.So I had my guy help to comb thru my hair and make sure I didn't any. The product is very thick.

How is this product better/worse than what you previously used? Loreal was ok. It is after all purchased in a drug store. But after coloring my hair it looked like I had low lights. And I wanted full color. I was definitely able to get full color with Garnier.

How is the longevity of this product compared to other brands you've tried? Well I think with any drug store hair color there is fading with time. But this did fade slower.
