Beautiful colour
Applies perfectly and creates a put-together and polished eye-look in less than two minutes. I have the shade Exposed (gorgeous colour), it does dry almost immediatly when applied to the skin so I need to work really fast. It does not budge after that, so perfect for oily eyelids. Minimum amount required, a tiny dot is enough
over a year - not dried out
As I said in my previous review - I love these and since trying the foiled ones.. esp shade twinkle (ohmydearlord - it's so gorgeous).. They are PERFECTION even on my oil monster lids - you can fry an egg on my face and lids at the end of the day if I don't prep and touchup, these last on my well over 6-7 hours which is unheard of (yes, I have tried probably up to 20 different eye primers etc - been around the block at least a few times, beauty junkie status)
Mine * has NOT* dried after having it over a year - I just used the same exposed shade(matte) I got way back in feb 2021 - also as previous mentioned, just squeeze it out in the back of your hand or on a palette and close that lid and check it to be sure it's really tight! and you are good to go. if you want more, do it again but close it TIGHT and fast.
the mattes will dry faster than others, yes, but that's just the nature of the product. I 100% recommend these to absolutely everyone.
I have tried mattes, foils, metallics and also her twin flames (lover, obsession and sweetheart are my faves) except the glazes which are like eye glosses because I know the formula won't work for my oily af lids.
Nothing compares
I’m not a professional makeup artist and I love these. I have 15 different shades. I use trooper for my brows. Exposed as lip liner. Royalty as MASCARA!!! These are soo much fun to play with. The reviews saying they are dry and gave up bummed me out. I kind of understand but try wiping the applicator with alcohol. Mine can dry out at the tip if I haven’t used a shade in awhile. If it still dry mix with a dot of any oil you have. It will be BACK BABY! These last alllll day. I’m obsessed! Try one
Fabulous Product
I was expecting Exposed to be a straight taupe brown but this has a bit of pink to it, i would say its more like a taupe-mauve but nevertheless it's a fabulous product, don't put this directly on your skin if your using your hand as a palette as it sets quickly when it touches the skin, best placed on a metal palette.
Dry out too fast
I got both Exposed, Olive You. Both completely dry out within months. Completely waste of my money. I didn't get to use Olive You on my eyes before it's dried out. I will not recommend this product to retail consumer if you aren't planning to use it daily.
Beautiful but DRIES OUT even with CLOSED CAP
I love these. The colors are beautiful, they are super long wearing, and they apply amazingly when you first start using them. Then… they dry out, regardless of how well you put the cap back on. I am OCD about closing caps, I even keep products in their boxes to keep them looking as good as possible for as long as possible. So I know I don’t have an issue there. I bought 2 from Beautylish, Olive You and Trooper. Olive You dried out not long after I started using it. I forgot all about Trooper and had never even opened it up. It also dried out. I bought a couple metallics from Morphe before I realized how prone to drying they were. I hate that they dry so easy because of all the positives, but they are a little expensive for only a handful of uses. Maybe there is a fix to this? I would hope so because I’d love to try more colors. Longevity on skin, just not so much in storage.
Just close the cap. It's perfect
The bad reviews are saying it dries out... yes, it's a waterproof matte cream product.. it might dry out if you don't close the lid right after squeezing some out. Same as your pomades and other products... they do that. This is one of the only things that doesn't crease on my eyes (oil city lids that are mostly undefeated but any eye makeup)
Just squeeze it out on back of hand or on pallete then close the cap immediately, ta da
