I was very pleased with this lip liner. It gives me a nice matte finish and is able to be worn with or without a lip stick/lip balm. Doesn't make my lips feel stiff or dry.

Last, doesn't dry out
I never leave home without this, and I like how it stays on better than a lot of 24 hr. lip sticks I've tried, but it doesn't dry out like they do. Hasn't feathered, can't remember it smearing at all and they have a great color selection!
