28 Neutral Palette

Just like the title says it's good :) I love coastal scents i buy from them all the time and I love this palette. Very nice neutral colors...great for bridal work and school for pre-teens. Highly recommend this. Only reason why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars, doesn't come with a mirror and the case for me is flimsy.

This palette is such a waste of money !! The eyeshadows are chalky and are not pigmented at all, try the warm palette if you want neutrals, its not amazing but still way better than this one !

I love this palette. I've owned mine for over a year now and I use it all the time. I'm a neutral eye girl so this worked out perfectly for me. The only complaint I have with this palette is that two of my shadows fell out :( Luckily they were two shadows that I didn't use very often but it would still be nice to have them in my palette. Other than that the shadows blend nicely and I will probably be purchasing another.
