Exfoliating Scrub

When I got my paws on this I was very excited about it because I am a big fan of facial/body scrubs! I also really like the Clinique line as well. This exfoliating scrub makes my face feel very clean and minty. I LOVE minty! I collect minty products, no kidding, for early mornings. They are the only thing I look forward to in morning showers, honestly. They make me feel refreshed and awake and I am NOT a morning person so they are just what I need to wake up and get going. This scrub is pretty minty, so that is a huge plus for me. I have to watch what I put on my face because a lot of things will easily break my face out; this product did not irritate my skin and/or break me out at all. I also have skin that easily gets dried out so I have to watch what I put on it and thankfully, this did not dry my face out at all so that's awesome! It does have a lot of exfoliating power and a lot of times if you have acne, something like this is a huge no no but I disregarded that, which may have or may have not been very irresponsible but fortunately it had no negative effects on my face and I continue to use it and love it, especially for early morning showers. I'm happy to meet up with an exfoliating scrub that is actually exfoliating. All in all this product is one of my favorites. I'd recommend trying it out but please PLEASE be cautious and GENTLE with any type of facial exfoliant, especially if you have acne and especially with this particular scrub. xx :)

If you like sqeaky clean, soft skin post scrub...this is one of my faves! I suggest twice a week for congested skin. You don't want to over scrub, but everyone needs to exfoliate. Not for dry skin.

I don't really have much negatives about this scrub. Like only two small negatives. The positives of this scrub is that it smells nice (like some kind of mint), it actually scrubs!, it does feel refreshed after using this (that refreshed mint feeling), and alot of product comes in it. The negatives are that, it isn't really good for sensitive skin, since sometimes when you scrub (since it actually scrubs your skin), it might make your skin red. Also, sometimes when you wash it off, you might have to wash it a couple of times for it to complelety come off. Oh yeah, you know that feeling when you have like mint gum in your mouth and you drink water, that's how it feels after you used this. I also have recommended this to a friend, and she bought it and she loves it! I might be thinking to buy a second one of this when I have a chance to go to Macys or Sephora!

I tried this scrub, and I did not find it amazing. I was told it was a rough scrub, but when I used it i found it very gentle. I didn't really like the texture of the clay and the amount of menthol in it. It's not something I'd buy again, but it was worth the try.

although i've had oily skin all my life, all of a sudden i started getting really dry patches and flaky skin around my mouth,chin,nose, and cheeks. it would make my makeup look cakey and just really not appealing. so i decided to check this out since my home made exfoliator wasn't enough,and after the first night i noticed a MAJOR difference. my skin looked clearer, brighter, and the dry patches decreased so much. for 20 dollars i think this was worth every penny.

I've gotten this in sample size quite a few times from Clinique when I buy my parfume Clinique Happy. This stuff made my skin feel so soft. I have been contemplating purchasing this in the regular size bottle.

I have dry skin that gets flakey, so i heard that this was the mother of exfoliators and purchased it. I dont think its ment for my skin type so i found it a bit harsh, however using it spareingly once a week around my nose and forehead have definately reduced black heads and gets rid of any dirt build up. I really like it, and it lasts forever. My husband loves it for around his beard b/c its able to get his skin really soft seeing that is it more on the abrasive side. Like the description says, its for stronger skin but you can get away with using i sparingly to get the job done.

I was so happy with the results of the three-step system. Since I figured my skin liked Clinique, I decided to go out and buy this scrub out on a whim. I'm so happy I did too! If I could, I would use it every day, but I don't want to irritate my skin too much. Lol. As soon as I finish scrubbing and start applying my Clinique Facial cleanser, my face feels almost unbelievably smooth, like baby's skin! I'm only on my first tube, but I'm sure it won't be my last! Go Clinique! : )

One of the best products ever!

I try Clinique Exfoliating Scrub, it's gentle. maybe it's too gentle, so didn't feel like i use scrub :(
