Lux compact and lovely, natural effect with no glitter (Rosy Shape)
This heavy compact is well made with a solid feel in the hand. Such a compact deserves refills but sadly, By Terry doesn't make them. Refills would be so much more environmentally friendly, not to mention more cost-effective.
In contrast to Peachy Sculpt, Rosy Shape doesn't have those pesky micro-glitters.
This blush is highly pigmented so a little goes a long way. It was easy to apply with a good brush and blended beautifully on the skin leaving me with a healthy glow that looked like it was just my own healthy skin. Though you certainly could use the colors separately, I didn't bother, I just swirled both colors together and loved the resulting color.
Peachy Sculpt shade has micro-glitters, Rosy Shape does not
Though By Terry call the micro-glitters by some other word, the effect is just like micro-glitters. If you like that, you are set, but note that the glittery bits are only in the light half of the compact.
Also, for me the color ended up being far warmer than it appears in the pan or on the computer.
Worth the price
This is a high quality blush. I purchased 003 and it is a heavy compact with stunning dual shades. They are pigmented but not chalky, there is no fallout. It does not show pores or texture , and actually has a blurring effect that melts into the skin. I love to swirl my brush within both shade sides to create my own shade or if I have a bit of extra time I’ll take a fan brush to the lighter shade for my cheeks and then use the darker shade higher up on my cheek bone and blend into my contour/bronzer/highlighter. This blends beautifully on the skin. I have fair skin and it looks as amazing with a light hand in winter as it does in summer when I’m more tan. It lasts all day. I started to use it almost daily and it looks new.
