it's so thick you can't really move without greasing up everything your feet touch(wear socks, thick ones. will soak/seep through thin material). takes so long to absorb that it's just not feasible to put on unless its right before going to bed. but next morning your feet are super baby soft. also has a refreshing-creamy coconut-pepperminty smell. its nice for when your feet get dry, especially around the heels and toes. its REALLY thick--a little goes a long way!
