Not for light or fair skin tones
I received a sample of this from Sephora with my last purchase. I loved the idea of it being colour adjusting but it seemed a little too good to be true. Immediately when I put it on I was shocked by the orange hue. I waited for it to change colour, it did but not to anything natural looking at least on me. For reference I am a bit lighter than NC15 and wear Siberia in NARS foundations. The feel and texture and look of it on the skin was smooth, even and it does blur the appearance of pores. I wore it for a full day around the house just to see how it felt and it was nice and didn't break me out. It's a shame because of the colour it didn't work for me! For pale gals like me you may want to check out Too Faced BB Cream in Snow Globe and BRTC Jasmine Water BB Cream.
Will definitely purchase
This was my first BB Cream, and I received it as a sample. I was concerned initially about the color. I have tan skin, and the tone of this cream is very light, but after about 10 minutes, it seems to blend in to come closer to my true color...not quite as dark, but still blends well with my neck color. It gets shiny after a few hours if I don't use with a powder, but it didn't seem to make me any more oily or shiny than usual. I have very sensitive skin and I break out very easily. This cream did not aggravate that. I also have some dark spots from the sun and past acne, but while this cream doesn't have full coverage, it does seem to smooth out my skin tone without being really heavy. I apply it with my fingers instead of my foundation brush because of the thick texture. Overall, I am super happy with this, and I will definitely purchase the full size product (once I'm off the waiting list) :)
