Matte Crème Lip Crayon

My new fav lippie!

This product is awesome! I was drawn to the brand because of their "all natural" theme, which is great, and found so much more in their products! I bought the color tatin, it's a gorgeous pink with a matte finish and last for about 5 hours but after eating it still stains the lips. I would recommend this product to anyone in search of a great lip color or a moisturizing matte lip.

I own 4 of these lip colors (swatches shown). From left to right we have Amaretto, Tatin, Sucre and Aubergine. Amaretto is described on Sephora's website as a peachy nude. I agree with this but I feel that is a bit of a brown nude if applied heavily. Tatin is a rose pink which is accurate. Sucre is described as a warm pink, but I believe it is slightly orange and could be considered a coral pink. Finally, Aubergine is a eggplant color. I believe Aubergine is more of a warm, red purple though than a cool purple. Overall these matte lipsticks are the least dry and most pigmented matte lipsticks I have ever used. I normally am not a fan of matte lipsticks for this very reason but in my experience the dryness that I have had was very limited and nothing a bit of lip balm couldn't remedy. The colors are gorgeous, and go on incredibly smooth. They are not dry and all like a traditional matte and glide on easily. It's also worth noting that these products are almost completely natural. I believe all of my lip crayons are between 95-99% natural. These lipsticks are formulated without parabens, sulfates and phthalates. "BITE products are free of polybutenes, sulfates, and petroleum byproducts. The lips-only collection is certified gluten-free and made with food-grade ingredients, without sacrificing pigmentation or performance."(http://www.sephora.com/matte-creme-lip-crayon-P387705?skuId=1619683)
