Ben Nye cake eyeliners are different from other eyeliners. Since this product is made for stage and not to mention rodeo clowns who sweat more than anyone who wears makeup, this stuff is pure color saturation. This means the product feels dryer than regular cosmetic cake liners. To use this you have to use an ample amount of water or like it is mentioned the Ben Nye LiquiSet and make a watery paste then apply. You get pure color!
