BECCA Cosmetics
Shimmering Skin Perfector Poured
Reviews
The shade champagne pop is my go to! It's very lightweight & pigmented. A little really goes a long way. Sometimes I'll go a little overboard with the highlight, but spraying your beauty blender with setting spray then dabbing your highlight will make it look like it melts into your skin leaving me with a healthy yet radiant glow. It really opens up & brightens up your eyes when you apply it to your inner corners
A subtle, natural highlight
I received this in last year's lucky bag and was pleasantly surprised by it. I have found the Becca highlighters to be excessive garish on me but this is beautiful and subtle. For those of you who are put off by the in-your-face highlighter trend, this is for you.
Love
I have an oily to combo skin. Pearl is for very pale skintones. Its very white on me. But i found to work with it and it looks amazing. I use it on the high points of my cheeks and bridge of the knows and other areas that i normally highlight BEFORE my foundation. And THEN i apply my foundation. It shines through my foundation beautifully and gives that perfect glow. Have to be careful not to be heavy handed as it can still look a little white even through the foundation. (It probably wont if you used a full coverage foundation, but full cov is not for me) Its would look stunning on really pale skintones. Lasts longer than the liquid form of the skin perfector. I would like to try the other shades in the poured version

You can also mix the optional Shades to Customize your own personal Glow.. So Get Glowing!
Lovely!
I'd been holding out on trying Becca's highlighters because, until Pearl, my only real option for a true highlight was Moonstone due to my pale skin tone and the fact that I already have a gold highlighter I love. After swatching all 3 formulas I decided to go with the poured because it was more on the pearly/luminous side and seemed easiest to control the opacity. The color is gorgeous and really unique -- it's a cool, silvery white that gives an ethereal glow without looking unnatural (I use a synthetic stippling brush). It stays put all day and doesn't emphasize my pores or texture issues, nor does it make me look oilier. It also works awesome on the eyes as an inner corner highlight.
Best Universal Highlighter
Although I do wish I had bought this in the PRESSED formula it's still my favorite highlighter. I think it applies best with fingers (which is why I think I would like the powder) Its very creamy and never looks fake or metallic like some other brands. It's also WOC friendly which is hard to find unless you're fair skinned and being medium brown, a lot of times it's just hit or miss.
I purchased the Natasha Denona highlighter in Medium (recommended with my foundation color) I had to go back to this one because even though I really liked that one at first I now wish I would have returned it for the Becca in powder form because the N.D. one is very Cool Toned and I don't know why that would be recommended for brown skin but whatev. This Becca highlighter doesn't break me out and it really lasts a long time even though I get oily . It's a lovely product, looks natural. I would purchase again for its natural glow.
A seriously unsung hero in highlighting
Shimmering Skin Perfecter Poured in Pearl is a glorious, radiantly pretty little thing that just does not get enough love. I adore the look of pearl applied over foundation, in combination with Becca's sculpting cream and a Kevyn Aucoin cream blush.
And you might not realize it at first glance, but Pearl Poured is a master multitasking product -- it performs great as an eyeshadow base for a shimmery or natural eye look, it works beautifully underneath sheer/ medium foundation (or BB/ CC) as a luminous primer, you can top a lipstick or a matte liquid lippy with Pearl for added dimension, and underneath a powder highlighter it adds a lovely little boost of glow (try it under Anastasia's Starlight Illuminator!).
Pearl, of course, tends to be more suited to fair and light skin tones, but I'd be willing to bet that Rose Gold and Topaz Poured would be just as beautiful for anyone with deeper skin tones who also adores a multitasking product. :)
Bang for you Buck: 10/10!
