Not a fan.
I bought this to use for my upper and lower lash line, hoping that it would stay in place all day since it's waterproof. However I feel like it smudges veeery easily and after maybe an hour I feel like It's all over the place and has smudged down to my inner tear duct and the skin around. I don't use this anymore and would not recommend to use on your lash line, It's just way too creamy for my taste.
