How To Use

• STEP 1: DETAIL Starting at the highest point of the brow, apply hair-like strokes throughout the brow using Brow Pen. Use light pressure and work in the direction of hair growth.
• STEP 2: FINISH Finish by applying Clear Brow Gel through the brow in short, upward motions.

Pro Tips: Brow Pen * Shake in downwards motions before use. * Little pressure is needed when applying. * Remove with any waterproof remover and/or cleanser. * Store with the tip down for best performance.
