Bulletproof
This eyeliner is bulletproof, literally. I did a swatch on my hand and ran it under running water. Did not move. I began rubbing at it and it did not budge. The only way you can get this off is if you use a makeup remover. I love it, it's creamy, smooth, smudge-free and cry-proof. One of the best eyeliners out there.n
Yeah
I loved this product. I use the smokey eye kit for brown eyes, this one is for blue eyes, but it makes my eyes pop. It can build up or be really light. When I first started using makeup, this was my eyeliner and I fell in love!
Love
I have been using this eyeliner since high school and I have yet to find one to replace it. I will say that "smudge-proof-eh.... I do find that after a few hours, it kind of pools up in my outer corners and that I have to reapply it. But it goes on so smoothly and you can really build the color as much as you want, from barely there to super dark. Like I said, I have been using this for close to 7 years now and I still love it.
