Ok, it has some oil but not a lot. It's like a transparent jelly.

What moisturizer were you thinking about exactly?
The mask I liked was the lotus sleeping mask (not the sheet one, the one in the small plastic thingie, terrible packaging btw) with the following ingredients: Water, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Peg-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Peg-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Allantoin, Tremella Fuciformis (Mushroom) Extract, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Hyaluronate, Nymphaea Coerulea Flower Extract, Ethylhexylglycerin, Potassium Sorbate, Fragrance, Sorbic Acid, CI 14700 (Red 4), Sodium Metabisulfite, CI 42090 (Blue 1). That was plumping my skin so much, incredible. I couldn't find such a mask anywhere else, water/glycerin based, no oil, no silicone.
