Perfect for Tightlining... Especially for Lash Extensions

I rarely purchase mass-brand (drugstore) beauty products but given my experience in the cosmetic industry, there's really not much of a difference (depending on the category).

I don't use liquid eyeliner these days, reminds me of college... lol... After getting my lash extensions I found it difficult to tightline my eyes. Here is the link if you're not familiar with tightlining: http://www.beautylish.com/a/vmqmg/h... It works great! The color is high quality and dries totally matte, so it blends in well with my lashes.

I used it on my lids the other day and the stuff is legit. My face is an oil factory this includes my lids! The liner didn't budge, flake, smear and lasted for 2 days. I wash around my eyes, very carefully.

OILCleanser for my OILY face? Seriously?

Sounds a little counter-intuitive? Nah, simple logic. OIL DISSOLVES OIL The oil cleanser breaks down and dissolves oil, bacteria and makeup with out the use of soaps and other solvents that can strip your skin of essential moisture.. thus the over production of oil etc. I have oily skin and wear a "fair" (drag queen) amount of complexion makeup...: Concealer, Foundation, Powder, Blush etc. At the end of the day, the oil from my face + the makeup = for a greasy paste like substance that only a foaming face wash could remove, or so I thought. I was equated the "squeaky" feeling to clean skin as I'm sure most of you can relate.

I've tried a few different oil cleansers as they are popular in Asia but nothing comes close to... drumroll... TATCHA One Step Camellia Cleansing Oil "A beautiful blend of camellia and rice bran oils. Melts away even waterproof makeup leaving skin fresh and pure."

One Step? What does that mean? Was there two steps before..? Did I miss class that day? Many Oil Cleansers require a follow-up step to remove excess oil left by the cleanser Nude,

TATCHA's oil cleanser is truly one step, removing all my spackled on makeup including WATERPROOF mascara and stubborn eyelash glue. Just a couple pumps on DRY hands and DRY face, massage on skin in circular motions: your make up will melt before your eyes! Rinse with warm water and pat dry. I did the white towel test- totally free of any color! No more embarrassing half orange/brown towel stains for me!

My skin is free of makeup, skin feels clean: No oily film residue or that stretched out dry feeling. It take a little getting used to; I just could not believe my skin could be so "moisturized" after using a cleanser that could remove my makeup!

Long Lasting and Dependable

I'm not a big fan of MAC products but I do occasionally dabble with some of their less skin compromising products. I do love this gel liner, the depth of the color with one stroke is amazingly rich. I agree that this liner does dry out quickly due to air exposure: Trick: Use Contact Lens Solution to your applicator and dip (not your spit or water). Saline Solution is sterile so you won't be putting yourself at risk of an eye infection. Just wet the brush slightly, shake off any excess and apply as normal!

Best Beauty Tool for Skin!!

I've had mine for over 3 years now and it still works GREAT! I ABSOLUTELY love the body attachment especially in the summer time when you're using SPF and Oils etc. Nothing could get all that gunk off my skin except the Clarisonic!

I love the different modes you can adjust the intensity too, as well as the different types of brush heads that are available. I have both just incase! You can tell an IMMEDIATE difference after using this in one use.

My medical esthetician used this on me the first time and I was AMAZED at how clean (not stripped) my skin was. This also helps all those expensive creams/lotions/serums you use to absorb fully into the skin.

I'm currently using Retin-A due to my gross acne and dull skin (that's another story).. My Clarisonic is my best friend right now, it helps buff away the dead skin to show my new beautiful off!

Don't be afraid of the BRIGHT colors!

I was highly disappointed when Smashbox stopped carrying the creme blush color that I fell in love with. Cactus flower was the closest option; and a little goes a LONG way. I know the color looks super intense but you only need to apply a dab on your brush and pat it on to the apples of your cheeks. If it gets too bright or crazy; use a big powder brush to blend the blush out. This pairs very well with Laura Mercier Shimmer Bloc in Peach

Best Nail Color HANDS DOWN!

First off let me say that Butter London is my FAVORITE nail care/color lines out there. Forget OPI- Butter London polish or "Lacquer" as they call it, simply glides on better and lasts longer than all leading brands. I especially love the gold glitter lacquer (not shown here); it looks great alone or over another color.

I especially love Thames and British Racing Green...each name comes with a cheeky description...

Best of these BL does not contain the nasty ingredients used in most nail polish.

Tip: If you're ever in the Seattle-Tacoma Airport get yourself a WATERLESS; yes WATERLESS mani/pedi. It sounds odd but TRUST it's fab!

Best top coat EVER...

Amazing! Goes on smooth even though the product is slightly thick, dries fairly quick, and your nails will SHINE. Best top coat I've used thus far. I do find that if you don't use it for a while it ends up getting to sticky and doesn't go on very well. I suggest getting a few mini bottles.

AWESOME Mascara for a great value!

I was a die hard Dior Show Mascara loyalist until one day I ran out and used a mini sample I some how procured of the Clinique HD Mascara. I LOVED it! I can get a little brand heavy sometimes and although Dior Show is a fantastic mascara it really wasn't for me. I'm Korean and my natural lashes need a smaller brush with a less heavy formula (or my lashes get weighed down). The comb on the flip side is AMAZING for the hard to reach lashes and lower lash line.

I tried to replace this with an emergency purchase at the drugstore...and noticed that it didn't go on as smooth, once it dries it's hard to apply more, and flakes off...

I'm going back to my Clinique mascara asap!

Great lightweight moisturizer

I found this moisturizer to be the perfect balance for my skin (oily/combo). It moisturized my skin and lightweight enough to apply full make-up over without getting super oily mid-day.

I try to stick with serums or use night oils to moisturize my skin. I find that a lot of lotions and cremes are just too much to wear under make-up. This lotion also comes in SPF. I find that any moisturizer with SPF is going to make my make-up look greasy by mid-day.

Great Serum at Great Price!

I wasn't really one to think Bliss would have products in the Anti-Aging category. To me their know for their body lotions/creams, soaps, etc. I found that this serum doubles as a great lightweight moisturizer for my skin (oily/combo). A little goes a long way and the scent is pleasant. I can't say there was any "anti-aging" going on but the serum did leave my skin plump and hydrated. It can also double up as a primer! I ended up buying another bottle. I tried looking at the rest of the Youth As We Know It line-up but found them to heavy and not suitable for my skin.
