Great but tricky

When I bought this item, I had shaved my brows, don't ask me why? OK. So I went into Sephora and luckily for me there as was sales associate there that was into drag make up. He pulled this item out and used an angled brush and baby he BEAT MY FACE. I had to get it. When I got home, I didn't know how to use it to get that perfect brow like the gentleman had done on my face. So, I've learned with time to first start by drawing your brows with a pencil, then use a clean angled brush and go over the pencil lines, and carefully fill the brows in with this product. Once you are done, use a q-tip to clean up your brow. Also, with this product a little bit goes a long way.

One of Cartier's finest scent

I love Eau de Cartier. My father has it and my husband has it. The scent of this perfume is unforgettable and the perfect gift. If there is a man in your life that means a lot to you, you have to get him a bottle. If you are a man, and you ride yourself in your appearance Eau de Cartier will be the perfect complement to your already polish look. Just remember that after buying one perfume for Cartier, you are certain to go back for more, hum...maybe Pasha by Cartier?

A must have

I will be honest, I don't use it very often because my lashes are already really curly, but I had to buy/have something from Billy B., are you kidding me? But when I do use it for my fake lashes, I love it. It's Billy B.

The right orange for dark skin

I love exhibit A and if you know anything about the youtube black beauty community I am so grateful to Destiny Godley for putting me on. This blush is amazing. The texture, the color, the consistency are perfect for dark skin. Also, a little bit goes a long way when it comes to using this blush. Yes, Nars' blushes can be considered pricey but they are worth the money. This is also a great shade for the summer. I would definitely recommend this product, especially if you are my complexion.

The perfect RED for dark skin

So I grew up thinking that BLACK women are not allowed to wear red. No, let me rephrase that, I grew up trained that DARK SKINNED BLACK WOMEN are forbidden from wearing RED LIPSTICK. If you, DARK BLACK SKINNED WOMAN, dared to cross that line then you were either a prostitute or a no-good ... But, how wrong. I don't know what prompted me to be BOLD and to cross the line, I guess the beauty vanguards were not paying attention, but I did. I wanted red lips to go with a smoky eye. I went to the MAC counter and I asked for red lipstick, I probably whispered it, thinking that I looked foolish. I tried Ruby Woo and Russian Red. Both of them, I love and love. Also, let me say that if you are into pin-up looks, Ruby woo is that perfect matte red that you need for such a look. It definitely is a blue undertone lipstick that will compliment your dark skin in so many lovely ways. If you have never tried any red lipstick, please let Ruby Woo turn you from a red lipstick virgin into a red lip VIXEN. If you find that it is matte, you can apply a gloss over it. If you think i like it but, it's still to red, please use a darker lipliner, such as: vino, burgindy, or nightmoth by MAC.

But don't overlook this product because you are DEAD WRONG. I love this product and I have been using it all summer long. It's so easy to apply and it gives that glowy look that you often find on brides in bridal magazines or when magazines do a beach photo shoot where the girl skins looks wet and moist, better yet, J.LO's skin, because J.LO loves that glowy skin like in "I'm into you" video. You can use one finger, rub it around the pot, and dab it on your cheekbone. Then once you are done with that, you can use 3 fingers and press it down onto you skin. It is such a light and great product. I will recommend this one. I'm very glad with this purchase.

The tiny brush spikes are great

I love this mascara and I even gave one away on my youtube channel. This mascara has a sturdy combs and the spikes on the comb do an amazing jobs of separating your lashes and avoiding clumps. Now, I am hooked on my shocking mascara by YSL, but I have given a rest to use this mascara. This mascara also does a great job of lengthening your lashes, but the thing is if your lashes are well separated then of course you are going to get that lengthening and volume. I have been sleeping on BENEFIT but this mascara has made me gain a lot of respect for this brand. Would definitely recommend this mascara.

Great foundation but not an all day foundation

I love my studio sculpt foundation by Mac. I do have a love and hate relationship with it it because when I put it on I love the way it makes my skin glow and it even, especially if you use it witha stippling brush. Now the hate part, this foundation will not stay on all day, it actually sorts of rub off. This is a big negative for me because I don't like to fix my make up at all. It may also be the fact that I do have combination skin as well and that I am oily in my T-zone. Also, it's not a great foundation for coverage if you do have some acne scars, like myself, that you want to cover up, unless you plan on applying concealer. But then you have to know how to blend your concealer with studio sculpt. Every time, I wear this foundation, I get nothing but compliments. I would definitely recommend that you give this foundation a try. It's a great foundation.

OMG! Fake lashes effect with my own lashes

I LOVE THIS MASCARA. YES! YES! So looking at the name or the price, you may dismiss this mascara as just any other mascara or what I thought: I'm just paying for the name. Until, you try it on. I had tried it on numerous times at SEPHORA and I couldn't justify the price, until, I could get a sample size for 100 Sephora points. I got 3, one for my mother, my aunt, and myself, after that I had to get it. What was so funny was when my little sister came up to me and said "Marlene, do you know mom has this great mascara and she is hiding it from me?" And I said, "Which one?" And we both said harmoniously "Shocking by YSL!" I have never experienced such an amazing mascara, I paid about $28 for Lancome's hyphone, and it was so so. But with Shocking, I have like Madona said "Absolutely, no regrets." Yes, girl. Get yours.
