Exfoliates and Hydrates
I love that this exfoliator hydrates as much as it gets rid of dead skin. It says you can just tissue off the product after you've exfoliated, but my skin isn't that dry during the summer, so it just makes my skin oily if I don't wash it off. This is a great winter exfoliator for me because my skin is much drier during those months.
Never Feel Guilty Purchasing This Product
I don't necessarily have sensitive skin at all, but I love how gentle it is and it never strips my skin its natural oils. Gel cleansers tend to strip more oil off the skin, but this cleanser only gets rid of the unwanted. I especially like it in the summer time when my skin is oilier. It never stings my eyes, but I wouldn't use it to get rid of heavy makeup on my skin or eyes. Since it is so gentle, I can use it multiple times per day and never end up with dry, tight skin. Did I mention it's cheap?!?!
Not For Wrinkles Ladies!
I go through a lot of research and ingredients for skincare and recently I found out this product does nothing for wrinkles. I'm relieved because I don't have wrinkles, but then again if you're looking for a wrinkle fighting creme, this isn't it. It super super moisturizing. It makes my skin feel so amazingly soft and hydrated the morning after when I wake up. Dry, tight skin is supple and flakiness is pretty much gone wherever any breakouts are healing (benzyl peroxide and salicylic acid makes skin peel). Whenever I can splurge during the winter, this is the skincare product I will splurge on. The smell and the feel of this product is wonderful but I don't recommend it for the summer months if you live in a humid climate.
Worth the splurge for sure if your looking for a rich, hydrating night moisturizer, NOT to get rid of wrinkles.
Pretty Decent Eye Creme
Like many products, I like it, but I'm not in love with it. I enjoy the texture of this gel/creme because it works well under makeup. My problem is that I have dark undereye circles, and it doesn't really do much for that. It gets rid of puffiness nicely though, especially since I leave it in the fridge, so it's nice and cold on my eyes. As for lines or wrinkles, I don't have any, so I can't say it works wonders on lines or crows feet.
I love this product for touch ups, especially in the summer time when I tend to gear towards more oily combination skin. It doesn't ruin my makeup and its so convenient! The only gripe I have is the design of the package. Debris gets inside which tends to make the sheets dirty. In order to preserve the cardboard and the sheets, I actually put it in a business card holder, which is usually made of metal or aluminum. It keeps it from breaking or getting dirty.
Can't Live Life Without It
I always get clogged pores, because of some reason or another, and no matter cleanser I use or don't use, at least I know this product always gives me clean, exfoliated skin. I use the deep pore refills and now I can't go anywhere without it. It really does help cleanser sink in deep into my pores even if I'm not using active ingredients like salicylic acid. I wish they could invent some sort of travel case for this product! Whenever I travel, the button gets pressed all the time against something and the charger wires go all over place. Basically, an exceptional investment!
Love Love Love
This stuff is great! It smells like cinnamon and makes my skin feel warm and tingly. My skin tends to glow every time I use it. I also love that Sephora sells a travel size version of this product. The only thing I don't love about it, is the price to volume ratio. It's quite expensive for a small amount of product. I know the ingredients are great so at least that justifies the price. Because of that, I tend to use this either once a week or for special occasions.
I Pass On This
While I don't wear a lot of eyeshadow, I do wear mascara quite often and I also get eyelash perms so eye makeup removers have to be gentle. This product is NEITHER gentle or effective. It stings my eyes, I do have sensitive eyes, and it doesn't get all the mascara off. You should always be gentle and never scrub your eyes, so if my mascara isn't completely gone with a few swipes, it gets returned. Even more so if stings my eyes. Also, this product leaves a silky film that only seems to be removed if I wash my face.
