Definitely a splurge item
I find with Chanel quads they're only neutral shades and not any that are " bold " colors. But the pigmentation is great and the colors are definitely buildable because I find the colors to start off soft if that makes sense. So if you have $60 that you want to splurge then I would suggest checking out these quads out!
Great drugstore quad!
I really like these quads especially the smokey eyes collection! They give off great pigmentation and it's great for beginners because it shows you the steps on how to a achieve looks using the palette. The only complaint I would have is that in the smokey eyes collection there isn't much matte shades as I would like them to have and there's a little bit of fall out but other then that, Maybelline Expert Eye Shadow Quads are definitely something worth checking next time you're on a hunt for a drugstore brand eyeshadow quad!
One of the better drugstore mascara I have tried
I really like this mascara because it gives me the length/definition I need in my lashes and it holds a curl really nice and it lasts all day. This mascara is definitely buildable for thickness in my opinion and there is seriously no clumping whatsoever with this mascara which I love! I find Maybelline mascaras to be one of the better brands if you're looking for a drugstore one!
For natural looking skin
I have to admit that I was pretty excited to try out this " foundation " because all the reviews that I've seen as been nothing but good! This really isn't a " foundation " it's more of a tinted moisturizer in my opinion cause it does give only a light to medium coverage, so if you're looking for a fuller coverage this probably isn't for you. I really like this product because it blends nicely with my skin and it also gives my skin a natural looking glow as well. This is the perfect tinted moisturizer for the summer time because it doesn't feel heavy or cakey, it is also great for all skintypes ( i have dry combination ) but I do feel that it's a little bit pricey for how much you get so if you're willing to slurpge then I think you'll definitely love this product!
Definitely comparable to higher end blushes
It has really good pigmentation, the quality is great and the price is even better! This is definitely comparable to MAC blushes and Benefit's Boxed Blushes :) The shade Pearlescent Pink is very close dupe for NARS Orgasm for everyone that's looking to save money for the better stuff!
I'm glad OPI came out with a Silver Shatter because I think that it's more wearable then the black one. I do find that the Silver Shatter is a bit thinner in consistence then Black Shatter so you do have to apply more product on to get the effect of the crackle. My favorite combination with the Silver Shatter is Mermaid's Tears from the Pirates of the Caribbean collection, definitely have a look at the collection when you get the chance too :)
I was really contemplating whether to get this or not but I'm glad that I did. I have dry combination skin and it really helped my skin feel smooth and hydrated, I do find it a little thick so I use it during the night time. I like the scent as well, it isn't overpowering that it'll make you want to throw up. The price tag is a little hefty but it'll last you a while cause a little bit goes a long way :)
Went through atleast two of these babies in the past year or so and I have to say I'm loving it. I love the felt tip brush applicator so it makes it easier to apply and you can draw as thin or as thick of a line you want. I would reccomend this product to anyone that is a beginner with liquid eyeliner or makeup in general.
