Beauty Product Reviews
nothing to write home about
My mom bought this for me in Cherry. The color is good and so is the color payoff, but it is not as creamy as I like my balms. I was expecting it to feel similar to the Eos balms and it did not. If you are looking for pretty colors with decent payoff then this is for you. If you are looking for a really soothing lip balm this is not wonderful but not bad.
not too wonderful
It is alright and it will get the job done in a pinch; however, I have to press pretty hard to get any product off and it is not particularly bendable. The product is not that pigmented either. Also because the tube the product comes in is so small it is not the easiest to handle for me. I think there are many brands which have comparable products that are better made.
Worked well for me
This liner works well. I have it in camo. I am not sure I would call it metallic, but it is bendable, the color is beautiful, and it applies easily (i do not have to press really hard to get product). The packaging is not the best. On mine the long metal tube fell off, this was only there for cosmetic purposes, so it did not bother me too much. Now it is small enough to carry in my purse which is nice. I am only giving it 4 stars because it is not so much metallic like it says it is and because of poor packaging.
Great for a natural look
The Mascara does not deliver voluminous lashes; however, it does lengthen lashes and does not clump. I use it when I am going for a more natural look. I have blond eyelashes and this mascara makes it look like they are naturally brown without making it look like I have on a ton of mascara. The only reason this product is not getting full 5 stars is because it does not thicken lashes like it claims. I use this product regularly.
faded within seconds
These are not well pigmented, I am very fair skinned and it took several swipes to show on my face. When there finally is enough to do something it does not last very long at all. The applicator was also a problem for me. Because you slide it on your face then blend it out, it is hard to judge how much you have on and you have to keep reapplying. I will admit that I am used to using powder blushes and I might just not be used to this type of blush; however, if this is the standard for blushes similar in consistency to this one, I will stick with powder.
These are really pigmented and stay on for a while; however, If you are not careful it will get every where. It also made my lips look drier, but that was easily fixed with some clear gloss. I have never tried another product similar to it, so I am not sure how it compares to others. It worked well for my purposes though.
