I have very dry cheeks due to a prescription acne medication and I was hoping that this would lessen the peeling going on there. It did help with that some but in the process it made the rest of my face a greasy mess. I didn't like the way it looked under makeup either. I could feel it on my face and that's not something I'm comfortable with in a moisturizer. I would only recommend this for people with extremely dry skin and then probably only at night.
My forehead and chin are oily but my cheeks are very dry and peeling due to a prescription acne medication. I need my moisturizer to be moisturizing enough to fix the peeling but also not to make my oily forehead worse in the process. This would be good if I was only oily but it didn't do the job for my combo skin. Maybe once my cheeks calm down and go back to normal I will revisit this. I recommend this for oily skin but it was nowhere near moisturizing enough for dry skin.
This takes off all my makeup without making my skin feel dry or tight. It's very gentle and doesn't bother my eyes at all. My skin is extremely prone to break outs and this doesn't irritate it at all. It leaves me feeling clean but not squeaky. This is a pretty basic cleanser but it does the job and does it well. I think I'll stick with this one for awhile.
Before I bought this brush I had been applying foundation with my fingers. Seriously, once you use this brush you will never go back. To me it seems even more dense than the F80. I stipple my foundation on with this brush and then go back in with the F80 and blend where needed. It really helps you get the most coverage possible out of whatever foundation you're using. The bristles are so soft and it never sheds. The F80 & F82 are my absolute favorite brushes ever. I lost mine and I immediately had to order another one because I couldn't fathom putting on my foundation with any other brush. I highly recommend both!
This brush is so amazing for applying liquid foundation. It blends the product so effortlessly it makes putting on foundation so easy and fast. I can't say enough good things about it. It's so dense and soft..by far the best $16 I've ever spent. I also recommend its sister brush the F82. Neither of them shed at all and they're easy to clean.
I'm a big fan of huge brushes like Covergirl Lashblast. This one is about the same size but it has traditional brush bristles instead of plastic ones. The main thing I look for in a mascara is volume and this performed well in that area. It gave me substantial length as well. Overall I love the dark, dense look it gave my lashes and I would buy it again. However, I didn't love it for lower lashes. The huge brush made it a little hard to apply there.
These crease ridiculously fast and easily. I've tried using a primer, setting them with powder eyeshadows, using a thing layer...nothing works. It always ends up in Crease City. These were a major fail for me. I don't recommend.
I've had Tapestry Taupe for about a year and I think it is the perfect everyday neutral shade. You can just apply a light wash for a pretty daytime look or build it up. I've worn it with both black and brown liners and I find it to be flattering with either. This is a must-have basic shade for your collection. The texture is nice, not chalky at all. The price is right on these as well. They're so inexpensive you can afford to try out several.
I was not impressed by this product. I had to put several layers on for the color to show up even a little. For someone who is in a rush to get ready in the morning that is the last thing I want to have to deal with. I want it to show up the first time, not the third. The color itself, once it was on, was pretty and flattering. Even if you're on a tight budget, there are lots of better options at the same price point.
