LOVE!
You need to see the sparkle on these liners!! AUH-MAZING! The sponge tip applicator makes these liners a breeze to apply and since they are super pigmented all you need is one quick swipe one each eye lid and you're all set to go. The wear on these is also incredible! You won't have to worry about the liner flaking off, smudging, or smearing. Mine stayed put for 18 hours and probably could have lasted much longer had I not decided to go to sleep. :D

So pretty!
I love Black Shatter so I was excited to find out OPI was going to come out with more colors especially silver. Unlike Black Shatter, which is more of a satin polish, Silver Shatter is a super sparkly polish. I applied one coat of Silver Shatter over four of the six Pirates of the Caribbean polishes and no top coat.
I noticed that this shatter polish has a slightly different consistency than the black one. You have to apply a slightly thicker coat of silver shatter to get it to do its magic, however as with the black shatter, don't go overboard if you want more shatter. The thinner the coat, the more shatter you'll see.

Opaque Creamy Pastels
I made my way to Ulta and decided to purchase the mini set which includes four of the six creamy pastel polishes in the collection. Missing from the set are Steady as She Rose, a pale pink, and Mermaid's Tears, a sea foam green. Many people have said that this collection has nothing to do with pirates. I understand that most people wouldn't think of these creamy pastel muddy colors when thinking of pirates, however, I do think these colors coordinate with the colors and tones used in the Pirates of the Caribbean films. Overall I like these colors and may purchase a full size bottle of Skull & Glossbones, Stranger Tides, and may pick up Mermaid's Tears. I'll be skipping on the others, not because I don't like them, but because I have other polishes that may not be exact dupes, but are close enough.

Disappointing
I only got to line half of my lid before the felt-trip dried up and began skipping. I had to put the cap back on and tap it on the desk about seven times so that I could line my lids. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and thought that maybe the tip wasn't absorbing much liquid because it was new and being stored upright in its packaging. After about an hour of wearing the liner, I looked in my compact mirror only to find that I had raccoon eyes! So in this case, the description couldn't be any farther from the truth. This liner did skip and it did smear. =(
Love it!
I love the shatter effect! It's pretty simple to apply but you do have to work quickly with the polish as it begins to do its magic within seconds. I just apply one thin coat. The thinner the coat, the more shatter you'll see. It drys to a satin finish so you can leave it as is or add a top coat to add a glossy finish.
Truly Chip-Resistant
This was the first time I've purchased ULTA brand nail polish and I'm impressed. I purchased After Party which is a glitter polish with silver and red flecks. I put two coats over a pearly white polish for a wintery Christmas look. It's been one week and I still don't have a single chip.
