Just what I needed!

I stumbled upon this while doing some random browsing in my local CVS. I had some Black Opal products on my list to try. Originally I was in search of the loose oil blocking powder, but the one they had on the shelves was damaged. So I picked this up instead.

I must say...I love it! It has become a staple in my everyday routine now. I'm a very oily girl, so I have been in search of the right finishing powder to help me along the way. My nose is usually the first one to go. The first night I tried it, I was attending a concert. I applied it after my foundation. I went nearly 4+ hours including some hard dancing and I was not oily, and my make-up stayed in place. The next time I used it during a very full (8+) work day. I checked my face during lunch time and no shiny nose. That impressed me. This product is very good for the price. I plan to stock up next time there is a buy one get one free sale or buy one get on half off at CVS or one of the other drugstores that carry it. I would definitely recommend that others try it if you are in search of a finishing powder without coughing up the dough, or if you would like something to have in your stash throughout the day.

My only suggestion is when applying, a little goes a long way. And if you use the puff that comes with it, do not swipe it across your face, PAT it on! You will look ashy. They say it's invisible but it's not if you use too much. I learned the hard way. LOL

This is one of my absolute favorite everyday fragrances. It can get heavy if you apply too much, since it does tend to last throughout the day.

The only gripe I have about it is the spray pump. The first time, my pump started getting tricky about half way through. it became hard to spray and wouldn't spray at all at times. I thought I just had a lemon, but the same thing happened with a second bottle.

I bought this lipstick a while ago. I'm a sucker for a nude lipstick and I couldn't resist the new pretty packaging. While, I do love the color, it is very drying for my lips. I'd say it is a cool lipstick to have on hand if you need something quick. They have a great range of colors, which I loved. I'll try another color in the future but this isn't my top choice. =(

Simply the best

This mascara does absolute wonders for my lashes. What I love about it is the way it instantly makes my lashes look fuller, since I already have length. When I wear it people wonder if I am wearing false lashes. The price is also great. I tried a really expensive volumizing mascara that irritated my eyes. This one does not bother me. So it's a keeper!

This was my first primer. I remember when I got it as a sample from Sephora and it has been a staple in my stash ever since. When I used to work long hours this primer was my bff. I needed my shadow to last long through the day. This kept the oilies and creasies at bay and never let my eyeshadow stray. Best primer ever, hands down!. it's been said a thousand times. LOL

I received a sample of this as a Beauty Insider at Sephora. Since I was already a fan of their blush in orgasm, I tried the Illuminator. I added a drop of it on top of my foundation. It was a great way to spark up my look for the winter providing my skin with a sun-kissed glow. This will definitely be a staple for the spring/summer. I love it.

When I first purchased this blush, I was skeptical. This was my first time really adding blush to my routine, and some of the cheaper products irritate my skin and/or come out ashy. I bought three of the blushes in Copper, Desert Rose & Red. I fell in love! Seriously you can't get any better blushes for the great price.

Their blush also made me fall in love with NYX!
