The Milk jumbo pencil makes all my vibrant eyeshadows really really pop!!!!

I've done several looks with this pencil as a base and the bold aftermath of my eye shadows with this base is amazing.... LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! Now just as my own crazy thing to do...when i am creating a lip color that i nwant to be very vibrant i use it as a lip base and it comes out amazing check out the pink lip i created...I received soooo many compliments on such a bold lip!!!
