-What kind of Hair Extensions do you sell?
We sell 3 types - Clip-in 100% Remy hair, Fusion Pre-Bonded Keratin and Tape Extensions

-What is so great about Remy Hair?
Instant Beauty’s Remy Human Hair Extensions are the best quality extensions that are available online. Remy hair is produced using only the finest quality of human hair available. Our Remy hair is 100% cuticle correct (root to tip) and has been processed leaving the cuticle intact to prolong the life of the hair. Silky and resistant to tangling, Remy hair is an excellent choice when shopping for hair extensions. It achieves the most natural look.

-What are Clip-In Hair Extensions?
Clip-In Hair Extensions is a quick, temporary “Do It Yourself” approach to hair extension system with no long-term bonding. Clip-In Hair Extensions are easily affixed and can be perfectly matched and blended with your own hair. Hair extensions are used to extend the length of hair, provide volume, or add highlights to your natural hair. All Clip-In hair extensions come in one or multiple pieces (wefts) of varying widths. These extensions can be clipped-in or out in minutes and are practically invisible. Clip-In Hair Extensions are by far the fastest and most affordable way to enhance the look of your hair without breaking the bank or damaging your natural hair.

-How long do the clip-in extensions take to put in?
Our extensions are made with pre-attached snap comb clips that are invisible once they are applied. With practice, they should take less than 5 minutes to put in & about 60 seconds to take out!

-Can I color Instant Beauty Hair Extensions?
Yes. It is even encouraged in some cases. Hair extensions have already undergone a chemical process and are designed to accept color change. They can be colored at home or by taking them to get professionally colored if you’re unsure of how to do it yourself. We would advice you to test the color on the test strip that we provide to make sure the resulting shade is what you anticipate. We also recommend using a semi permanent color as it is gentle on the hair extensions. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND BLEACHING THESE EXTENSIONS.

-Can I curl these hair extensions?
Yes. You can straighten, blow-dry, curl, and style human hair extensions, just as you would your own hair.

-What are the differences between Instant Beauty's 100g Standard Full Set & 150g Deluxe Full Set?
The major differences between our full sets are the weight in grams & the number of wefts. All of Instant Beauty’s extensions are made of the same high quality grade A 100% Remy Human Hair. If you have thin hair, you should purchase our Standard 100g Full Set. If you have thick hair that is generally all one length (like a blunt cut or a bob cut) the 150g Deluxe Full Set is best for you in order to achieve the most natural look.

-I am new to hair extensions, have lots of questions and can't figure out what colour I need. What should I do?
We offer 3 types of consultations to ensure that you are able to pick the right hair extensions for you. For those in the GTA, we offer one-on-one consultations where we discuss the colour, length and thickness that is right for you (there is a sitting fee). If you are outside of the GTA, we would love to chat with you on Skype where we can help you pick your extensions. You can also email us a photo of your hair taken in natural light - we can send you samples and recommend a colour for you. Take advantage of these services, we love to help!!

-Where do you ship and what is your shipping policy?
We ship our Instant Beauty Hair Extensions throughout North America. Instant Beauty offers 1 day handling and free expedited shipping for your shopping convenience!

-What is your refund and exchange policy?
For your convenience, we have written out our refund and exchange policy. We would like every customer to be fully informed before purchasing. If you are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return or exchange it, please contact us within 14 business days for return authorization. We need to review all paypal transactions and estimate calendar days before issuing a refund.
Please read before purchasing:
1. Worn or dyed items will NOT be refunded for hygienic reasons. If the item is returned and we determine it has been worn, full refund will NOT be given.
2. Refunds are given on FULL SETS ONLY! Highlights, custom orders and individual pieces are FINAL SALE.
3. All items that are returned will be subject to a standard $20.00 shipping and servicing fee that will be deducted from the full refund amount.
4. Unfortunately, Instant Beauty cannot give refunds based on the reason of 'wrong color'. This is due to the fact that everyone has slightly different computer monitor color settings. We can accept exchange only for this reason.
5. Instant Beauty does not recommend BLEACHING extensions or dying them LIGHTER. If you are intending to dye the extensions to match your exact hair color, please be sure you are purchasing the Neutral (Dye it Yourself) shade. Instant Beauty is not responsible for color/dye treated mistakes. For best results, please visit your hair stylist.
6. Any shipping and/or insurance costs are the customer's responsibility when returning or exchanging an item. Please take special care when returning or exchanging our products - they are delicate and expensive. They should not be thrown in a mailbox with a single stamp. If the customer resided in The United States, a customs form must be filled out thoroughly. If you have further questions about this, please contact us.
7. Instant Beauty can not be responsible for returned or exchanged items lost in the mail, unless client purchases a tracking number and/or insurance from a postal service. Instant Beauty will ask for the tracking number in the case of a lost returned item. If there is no tracking number or insurance, unfortunately we can no longer issue a refund. It is in the customer's best interest to ensure that the product gets back to us, and in good condition. We will not issue a refund if we do not receive the original, unworn product. Again, customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.

-What forms of payment do you accept?
Instant Beauty Hair Extensions accepts paypal only. If you do not have a paypal account, you can pay with your credit card through paypal. All credit card and paypal payments are processed through paypal to ensure privacy and security.
