really REALLY not impressed.

I have the sample size of this (came with a rewards thing) so I thought, "why not?"

Yeah... plumping what? I don't think so, it is just black mascara with a plush brush. At least that is all it seems like to me. It didn't clump though so it isn't horrible. It just isn't really worth buying. If you get it for free in a rewards thing, that's cool... but I really wouldn't waste any money on this. I just see myself using it if I am traveling for a day and I run out of all my other samples of other mascaras that actually do something. I'll give it another go and try again I am sure. I like the big brush, it just doesn't do anything.

love the smell

This smells so fresh and it feels like silk on your hands. it isn't greasy or oily at all! It feels soothing when you apply it to your hands. This would be good for the every day hand lotion. I work outside a lot so this didn't always cut it but using this before I go to sleep has helped my hands from drying tremendously! it also works nice if your hands are dry from washing them constantly. The smell reminds me of a spa. In fact I would love if manicures included this when they are massaging your hands/wrists.

Like the forumla

I guess the formula isn't sticky but it is hard to explain. It isn't like a slippery feeling gloss. I have this in Midnight cowboy so I use it mostly over other colors to give it that special midnight cowboy glitter. I have tried the other colors though and they are fantastic. I do think the different colors they have is a great selection. The minty feeling isn't stingy or anything like that I don't think it is a plumping, it feels sort of like softlips lip balm. Cooling.

I do plan on buying more of the colors like Crush and Peroxide. They last a good amount of time on the lips and it's applicator is a plastic slanted tip, more rubbery since it gives a little and it is a squeeze tube, so that is unique and I like that. More product that I know I will be able to get to in the end. Nothing like the pocket rocket formula! Never liked that smell, this one is far more fresh.

Moisturizing lipstick... what?!

I have 3 of these and they are pretty great. I always apply a balm before I use lipstick because my lips can get pretty cracked but these lipsticks help smooth out the appearance. They don't dry out my lips and the lipsticks retract all the way back into the tube (I know that sounds so tedious of me to notice but a lot of drug store lipsticks don't!) I do not like the smell but those are my only gripes! The application is smooth and it's decent as far as wear goes. This is not so good though for a matte look if that is what you are looking for. You can always blot but it still is pretty creamy so there is some sheen. Good stuff for the price!

Good skin days only.

Firstly, with this product you want to use a primer. Secondly, if you are not having a clear skin day, this will make you angry and possibly ruin the start of your day. Nothing like shimmer over some blemishes to say "disco party on my face!". However, if you are indeed having a good skin day this is pretty decent to wear on a not-so-hot day. (melty shimmer? No thanks). I had initially bought this during the fall, and all was well... or so I thought. I don't know if this made me break out, but I broke out never the less and this does help conceal and hide the fact more so than make it stand out like a sore thumb.

I should chuck this since I do not use it enough to let it ferment and get worse. Lessons to be learned from me and others: Do not buy if you have oily skin, do not buy if you have acne prone skin, do not buy with the intention of wearing during those hot summer days just because it has SPF 20 in it.

I love the packaging, pump foundations=love. Other than that... I'd say buy with caution.

Great matte blush

This is a highly pigmented matte blush. It applies evenly and blends quite well. It is pigmented to the point where i would recommend tapping the brush twice before applying! I would definitely buy more shades of blush from NYX, I've been happy with the peach, so maybe next time I will choose a more coral or pink color.

Great colors, not enough color pay off

I find myself using these for subtle color under the lower lashes since it doesn't apply opaque, more sheer than anything. I have these in three different colors and I am really not that impressed with them.

no really.. it is LONG lasting

I have this in Beyonce's Red. If you cannot commit to one lip color for the day, this is not for you. This lasts all day for me. All day. The only problem with this, is that it does get somewhat flaky if you are not consistent with the lip balm. Other than that... ALL DAY. Through eating, kissing, drinking, it lasts all day. And it is not easy to take off. So it got docked 1/2 star for flakes and 1/2 star for not being to take it off easily.

I totally will buy this in more shades if they appeal to me. But red lips are hard to keep up during the day so this is fantasticalness. Not a word, but that is how I am going to describe it.

Moisturizing and tint?! Fabulous.

The one thing I cannot understand about Korres is the scents. Maybe it is just me but I do not smell Jasmine in any way shape or form in my lip butter (and I have made pretty much everyone else I know smell it too and they agree)... to me it smells sort of like pastries or something else that is sweet. Do not get me wrong, I like the scent, dare I say I love the scent. It just doesn't smell anything like what it says it smells like. I smelt their other products as well as most of them to me smell nothing like it says. That is neither here nor there though, is it?

This stuff is great for hydrating my lips and giving me a bit of color throughout the day. It is pretty sheer even though the formula is thick. Which is nice because I hate that overly creamy look on my lips, I don't want it to look like frosting. It is pretty long lasting and the product feels nice. I get pretty dry lips throughout the changing seasons so this has helped keep them moisturized while still giving me a little color.

Best Sparkle to add

This is such a fantastic cosmetic shimmer dust. It leaves a pearl effect with beautiful speckles of super fine glitter. I like to use this when i am going out or an event. I would recommend using a primer to help make a base for it to adhere to for more sparkle. I think this is usable all over, I like to add a little on the body for some shimmer, its just fun to have. I am sure if you use something like fix plus it would also give you a much bolder effect, but I like the subtle glamour it achieves on it's own.

I also have this in Pure Gold (thanks to my forever friend) and it is such a beautiful color to use on different eye looks and again a nice dust on the body as well! (didn't see the product listed). The Gold though is quite different from the pink toned counterpart. It has more of a light golden sheen finish. I also feel the glitter is not as pronounced as it is in the pink, it is shimmer not speckled glitter.

Both are beautiful and if you like to have sparkle on your skin every now and then this is worth a try!
