One of the BEST Waterpoof Pencils on the market!

The color Stingray (the most pure black that you can find) is a staple in my makeup kit as well as my personal collection. This is one of the only pencils I can use in my waterline that will stay all day without making me look like Tammy Faye Baker when I get home from work. It's worth every penny!
