THE BEST BRONZER!!!

Seriously I have been using Sun Bunny for YEARS and it is one of my go-to products in my professional kit as well as my personal one. This bronzer looks good on most skin tones and gives a radiant glow to ones cheeks...great for contouring and using as an eyeshadow so it becomes a multi-use product in today's economy.

There is a new mascara on the block and this one is not to be messed with!

Ok so I have to admit…I am a mascara JUNKIE! I have so many mascara’s that they should make a Hoarders special edition just for me.

Covergirl Lash Blast is one of my all time fav drugstore brands but this new mascara from Benefit is slowly becoming my new department store go-to! The formula is nice and thick which the drag queen in me ALWAYS loves but I think the REAL trick is in the brush! I have used many a brush but I’ve actually never seen a brush like this. It was specially designed just for this mascara and it’s features are the pro and cons of this product.

I like that there is sparseness in between the hard bristles (I prefer the hard plastic ones better than a fluffy brush). It really helps to pay attention to details and makes the biggest impact when applying the product. The spiked ball topper is GREAT for getting the smaller lashes close to the tearduct.

The only CON of this product is because the brush is sparse it tends to pick up alot of product which may result in clumping. For me it’s not a problem because I want that Tammy Faye Baker FIERCENESS but for those who want a more toned down look I suggest scraping the brush onto the top of the mascara container to prevent overuse of product.

All in all Benefit did a GREAT job with this mascara and I am looking forward to seeing more innovative products from them in the future!

Better Than MAC!

Seriously I am so tired of the HYPE that MAC gets with their products. Especially when there are other cosmetic lines that have far more superior ingredients, textures and sizes.

While at IMATS NYC 2011, I picked up a 4 eye shadow square from Inglot to try out the brand as I have been hearing amazing things about them, especially on Youtube! So I picked out a vibrant yellow, a rose color, a black and a deep purple. After IMATS I went home to try them on and I was completely surprised by how amazing the colors were! I will be back to pick up more colors for sure! These shadows were what MAC USED TO BE....and I hope they don't change the formula anytime soon!

The Multi-tasker of the Makeup World!

The MUFE Flash Color Case is a must-have for professional makeup artists whether you have been in the game for years or just starting out. The colors are incredibly vibrant and and super creamy and easy to work with. The price is a little steep at $95 for the professional artist it is worth the investment.

What is great about this kit is that it's not just for the "fantasy" or "high-fashion" look. You can use these colors for just about anything. Shadows, blushes, liners, color correction...this palette will cover it all. Just use your imagination and your makeup-know-how and this palette will help you pare down those heavy makeup kits!

One of the best liquid foundations on the market!

This is a go-to and must-have for all my clients!!! Especially brides! It's lightweight and feels super silky smooth on the skin. It's perfect for those clients who want a foundation without looking like they are wearing one! If only I could afford the whole collection! :D

Scares My Clients!

I think for a $1 this eyelash curler works well but I had to stop using it because it scared a few clients of mine by the size of it. You would have thought I was going for their lashes with medical tools! LOL I would prefer it better if smaller.

Fun Pallette!

This is a great neutral palette to work with and an awesome beginner palette for those of you who are nervous about working with shadows. The only downfall is how HARD it is to get the palette since it is always sold out and for good reason! It comes with a QUALITY brush ($26 value) a trial size of my favorite go-to eye primer and 12 shades that can be used for ANY skin tone! $48 dollars is worth the wait!

If $48 isn't in your budget then swing over to Coastal Scents and get their 88 WARM Palette, many of the colors are incredibly similar and just as easy to work with.

Simply The Best!

This mascara is held to a higher level by makeup artists than ANY OTHER mascara on the market!!! Ditch the wand it comes with and use disposables...you will be happy and also your wallet will thank you! :D

A good beginner pallette

We all know how expensive products can be, especially if you are building your kit. I absolutely LOVE Coastal Scents 88 piece makeup palette for just that reason, it really helps you start out with a lot of colors until you can build a master palette full of color essentials that you know you will use. I still include the palettes in my kit just in case I need a color on a whim!

I use it EVERDAY!

Before I knew about eye shadow primers I would get completely frustrated that my eye shadow wouldn't stay on. I really would wish that one day I could wear crazy colors on my lids...that is when I discovered the Eyeshadow Primer Potion by Urban Decay...it has literally saved my frustrations with using eye shadows! I like to use neutrals alot for work so the SIN works best for me but if I am needing a little COLOR in my life then the ORIGINAL is way to go! What's even better is now the scraped the old packaging (which was the BIGGEST con in this product) and now switched it up to a TUBE! It's $19 now instead of $18 but you get 10% MORE product! That is worth the extra dollar and investment!
