a fairly good liner :)

Ok so this liner is pretty good i like it it last a good amount of time is smudge proof enough. But there are a few points i have to stress 1. the brush doesn't do much for me the brush is small and thin making it useless in my wide eyes and it is difficult to create cat eyes and wings with the brush 2. waterline when apply this on my inner rim without running a q tip over it first i can see black smudges on my eye balls which isn't a flattering look. anyways overall i like it and its a good liner :D
