Looking for ways to shed those flabs quick? Get started by following these three key tips!
♡ Never ever go on a crash diet.
ie: Not eat anything at all. Because the moment you start to eat again, you put on the weight 10x faster. It never works.
♡ Count calories.
Use sites like myfitnesspal.com to track your daily intake of calories. (The site has a feature to help you measure how much calories you need to keep to in order to lose a certain amount of weight in a specific period of time!) Having it written down will keep you in track of the diet plan. *Tip: Don't snack at all! Drink water only. If you want to snack, stay away from nuts or junk food!
♡ Exercise regularly. Sports like swimming burns calories very fast as they work almost every muscle group. Or just go for daily 3km runs around your neighborhood. If you have to stay at home, try doing high impact aerobics for 30 minutes daily. (Blogilates on YouTube is fantastic!) Try to exercise about 3-4 times a week. Because the more muscles you build up, the faster you burn those calories.

Umm actually no so WRONG you're supposed to snack..other wise your body will be convinced it's being starved and store your fat. Eating a small but healthy snack often helps keep your metabolism up. And don't eat huge meals.. split it up in halves or thirds and continue to eat it every couple of hours.
