How do you draw your brows so NEAT?

It takes tons of patience lol. I use Mac's eyebrow pencil in spiked to outline my brows, and then I fill it in with brow powder. I then set it with clear brow fix after brushing them with a mascara wand. After that, I just outline them with concealer and a setting powder.
