💙🚬💎 Blue smokey eye using mostly UD's #VicePalette 💎🚬💙

1⃣ Prime your lids with UDPP
2⃣ Mix MAC's rule e/s with saddle e/s and sweep onto the crease
3⃣ Apply @urbandecay 's Chaos e/s to the lid. To intensify the color, spray with Fix + 😉
4⃣ Apply @urbandecay 's anonymous eyeshadow near the tear ducts and underneath the brows.
5⃣ Darken the outer corner with @urbandecay 's black market e/s
6⃣ Line your top lids and lower water line. I used NYC liquid liner & Victoria's Secret pencil liner.
7⃣ Smoke out your lower lash line by layering black market, chaos, then rule (Mac)
8⃣ Add your favorite pair of lashes. Mine are famous @houseoflashes ✨ #pixieluxe✨ lashes 😍
