Yeah I don't see why not. I guess as long as you have a lipstick and a glitter that are the same or similar in color. :)) I'll do some more like this and post pics.

I did this last Halloween for my poison Ivy costume. Must've just been the glitter I used but I felt like my lips were sand paper. Lol. And it got everywhere after I started drinking. Haha. But oh boy did it look awesome!

Yeah I bet lol.. I had to take it off before I ate cause I didn't want to eat glitter. My lips felt crunchy but soft under the glitter.
