I forgot to mention that I'm a dancer but I don't dance daily but I'd recommend joining a dance class! In addition to that my lower body is kept well by walking a lot Mon-Thursday, doing squats daily and doing a couple of back donkey kicks and side lifts if that makes sense o;

but honestly, when it comes to my abdomen or upper body, it's nothing but my gifted fast metabolism x:. But I do here and there make sure to sip on decaffeinated Green tea with honey at night (:. One cup per day and eat some avocado daily to cut down on body fat and I eat tomatoes and apples at night aha
