Orphan Black Clones: Helena (worn out/sickly)

While the show's makeup artist was inspired by old Renaissance paintings or whatnot when coming up with Helena's makeup look, the thing that stood out for me was that she looked like she'd been through the ringer, gone to hell and back.

I took a little license and chose not to fill in my brows, conceal under my eyes (I did only a few blemishes here and there), add mascara, or add anything to the lips. I thought not doing those things added to the overall look.

For the hair, since I don't own a blonde wig, I took a waving iron to it and (badly) teased/backcombed some bits near the centre parting.

(Also used: Makeup Geek eyeshadow in Barcelona Beach, which was mixed with MUG Razzleberry; along with MAC Blush in Taupe.)
