Halo Eye & Purple Ombre

I did this makeup look on my friend, Caitlin. It turned out really well, I think. I did not do the hair coloring, only the style. For that, I just used a 1" clipless wand, and didn't hold the hair around for a long time, to give more of a loose-curls look.
