It's actually two separate ones, the one on the inside is your conch, which you can get a hoop for or do whatever earrings you want, depending on your gauge.☺️ the outter one is just a cartilage piercing, BUT you could do your snug, which is absolutely adorable, mine just isn't big enough.😭sorry I went all into detail, I've pierced for a few years.😂 @maressa H.
