Inspired by @HappilyEveRose on Instagram

As implied by the title, this is a recreation of HappilyEveRose on Instagram and YouTube. I drew the person with a toothpick and black acrylic paint, and pink polish. I then drew the thought cloud with a small detail brush and black acrylic paint again. After that I just mixed pink, purple and blue polish together in the could with a small brush until I was content with the outcome. I then proceeded to apply a fine glitter polish only to the cloud. Finally, I added white hex glitters in random spots and topped the whole thing off with Essie Good To Go topcoat.
