@Cindy S Thank you so much! I used Becca's Liquid Highlighter in Opal first with a Real Techniques sponge (damp of course!) and then used The Balm's Betty Lou manizer over it with a light hand. I have very oily skin which is why I prefer matte products but I do love me a glowing highlight. Thank you so much for noticing :) x

Love the glow you created on your cheeks. Would you mind saying what product you used? I like the fact that the rest of your makeup is matte but not flat. Your makeup is beautifully done :-)
