You will need:
*A plastic bag (snack/sandwich size works best)
*50% Rubbing Alcohol
*Paper Napkins
*A Coin (or anything flat, and coin sized)
*a Plastic Spoon

First, take the fragments of blush, and carefully put them into the plastic bag. Use the spoon, or your fingers to crush it into a fine powder.

Next, carefully pour the powder back into its previous container, or whichever container you like. Take the rubbing alcohol, and carefully pour it into the powder. I poured the alcohol into the cap of the bottle, and that amount worked well for me. There isn't a required amount, just enough to turn your powder into a thick paste. Use your spoon, (or if preferred, a toothpick) and mix it together. Make sure there are no air bubbles. Let the mixture sit for an hour.

After 60 minutes, take some napkins and fold them up so the are about the size of the container. You may need to add layers, as the napkins need to be fairly thick. Press down on the napkin with your coin/flat item. This will soak up any excess alcohol, and make your blush smoother and even. When you have pressed down all over the blush, take off the napkin. Let the blush dry overnight, and you're done!
